Boxted Parish Council installed CCTV in September 2024 on the external walls of Boxted Village Hall and the Boxted Community Hub buildings.
There are four cameras capturing moving images of:
- Car park entrance
- Overflow Car park area behind the Village Hall
- Car park
- Recreation Ground as seem from the field side of the Community Hub building
The purpose of the CCTV is to deter and detect anti-social behaviour, vandalism, crime and disorder and to investigate safety incidents.
